Yes, all three genuinely change the tonnage you need: strong sun exposure adds 15%, an uninsulated top-floor room adds 15%, and a very high ceiling (11ft+) adds 20% — each on top of the base room-size calculation. A shaded, low-sun room can need 10% less.
