Commercial
What's the difference between a 1-way and 4-way cassette AC?
A 4-way cassette distributes air in all four directions from the ceiling — the more common choice, 19 of our 22 real models are this type. A 1-way (single way) cassette directs air in just one direction, better suited to narrow or corridor-shaped spaces where four-way distribution would waste airflow against a nearby wall.
📐 Calculated estimate
Based on real BEE-certified data — see the exact numbers below.
The "4-way is more common" pattern in our real catalogue reflects that most commercial spaces are roughly square or open-plan, where even distribution in every direction genuinely helps — 1-way exists specifically for the narrower layouts where that wouldn't be the case, not as a lesser, budget option.
